Shipping instructions & policy
Simply select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Customers will receive an email informing them that their order has been shipped, the package tracking number, and a web address where the package can be tracked.
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Sometimes, due to unexpected circumstances, it may take longer for packages to arrive. These circumstances may include: bad weather, strikes at the airport or postal service, holiday season when mail takes longer to be sorted, any other Superior Force, etc. We do our best to ensure that packages arrive on time, but shipping is out of our control. In any case, if you feel that your package is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact us and we’ll look into the cause immediately. We understand that not every purchase works out, which is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
HOW TO RETURN BY MAIL
Follow these four steps within 30 days of purchase:
1. Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging if available. (Hint: If you cover all existing shipping labels, you can reuse the bag or box your order came in.)
2. Include proof of purchase (receipt) plus your name, address, email, phone number and a brief description of why you’re returning the item. (No return code required.)
3. Address your package to:

4. Send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking. Hold The Magic is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
