Updated Review of Lucky Necklace

I wrote a previous critical review about a quality concern with the Lucky Necklace. The customer service was incredible and they replaced the necklace for us. I hope this review can replace the prior. 🙏

Our family has spend over $200 with Hold the Magic. We have three girls to include a 7.5-yo and 5-yo twins. Our kids were early teethers and two out of 3 have been losing them early. The little gifts from Hold the Magic have been lifesavers for our family.

Kids are only young for a short time and the believing in the magic of the tooth fairy is so special.

Thank you for all you do and bringing the magic to families.

“Lucky” Necklace is NOT lucky

I’ve attempted to contact customer service twice about this necklace and they have not responded. With the hundreds of dollars we’ve paid for these gifts, the courtesy of acknowledging my emails would have been appreciated.

I just wanted to pass along some feedback… the necklace with the clover (from the Garden Magic set I believe) was the first gift we have one of our daughters. Her tooth was loose right after I placed the order and fell out two days after receiving.

Anyway, the first time she wore the necklace to church, we got home and the pendant with the clover was gone, it had fallen off. We retraced our steps and unfortunately could not find it… it was heartbreaking because she was so excited.

I’m not sure if anyone else has had a similar thing happen with that particular necklace or if the one we received was defective. Everything else we’ve received has always been top quality. We’ve got a 7yo and 5yo twins, so I stock up because we lose lots of teeth in short timeframes.

This isn’t the first time there’s been a quality issue with one of the products, but the lack of communication upset me enough to write a review about it.

I’ll be finding a new small business to support from now on. I was so excited when learning about this mom owned business as I love supporting small businesses… but customer service is equally as important as quality product.

The necklace was beautiful. I hope nobody else experiences this issue. If you have it, please inspect it before gifting your child and ensure it’s securely attached prior to avoid heartache like our daughter endured.
